Cristina provides legal representation before the Romanian Courts, with a particular focus on intellectual property and consumer protection matters, in both commercial and administrative litigation.
Her primary areas of activity include keeping pre-litigation correspondence, drafting and reviewing notifications and legal opinions.
Cristina’s professional experience also encompasses extensive exposure to construction law matters and contract management of infrastructure construction projects. During her career, she provided legal assistance and representation before Romanian courts and Arbitral Tribunals before the Court of International Commercial Arbitration attached to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania in cases concerning standardized contract projects such as FIDIC and HG 1/2018. In addition, she has contributed to legal engagements regarding other areas related to clients’ business interests, such as corporate, real estate, enforcement procedures.
