The 2023 edition of ECTA’s Autumn Meeting is expected to gather an extensive and varied cohort of intellectual property professionals representing both lawyers, trade mark and patent attorneys from private practices and in-house professionals who practice in the field of trade marks, designs, geographical indications, copyright and related matters.
Andreea Bende and Zsofia – Judit Halmagyi will represent SIMION & BACIU during this high level event reserved for Supervisory Board and Committee members that will take place in Turin, between 12th and 14th October, considering their respective roles:
- Andreea is a member of the Designs Committee within ECTA, currently involved in the Committee’s task forces following the upcoming Design Reform legislation in the European Union
- Zsofia was recently elected to join the Law Committee within ECTA

European Communities Trade Mark Association – commonly referred to as ECTA is a professional association that promotes knowledge and professionalism in the field of intellectual property law within the European Union. It was founded in 1980 and currently counts for over 1500 members across the European Union Member States.
