Expertise:
Geanina provides legal advice in relation to gaming and gambling regulatory aspects. She is constantly involved in assisting companies active in this industry during the licensing process necessary to operate on the local market. Also, she is heavily involved in the day-to-day operational matters, including by representing clients in front of the relevant public Romanian authorities.
She is also experienced in various anti-money laundering (AML), corporate, intellectual property and consumer protection aspects.
Complementary, Geanina acquired valuable expertise in the dispute resolution field and has represented leading global and national companies in complex projects ranging from civil, commercial and administrative litigation to competition contentious cases.
In addition to her expertise in national litigation cases, Geanina has also been involved in international and national arbitration proceedings, under major arbitration rules covering a wide range of matters, including commercial and construction law disputes.
