- The court found that the EUIPO had correctly applied Articles 25 and 26 of Regulation 2017/1001 in revoking the registration of the licence at issue
- The EUIPO was correct to conclude that the previous owner was no longer empowered to license the trademark rights at issue
- Proceedings concerning the recordal of a licence on the EUTM Register are governed by EU law
