In the intellectual property field, Ana-Maria is involved in the day-to-day assistance to our clients in relation to trademark searches, opposition and trademark and design litigations, as well as advising on aspects concerning copyright title and or compulsory payments to copyright collective management associations.
Her practice covers an extended and deep specialization in the consumer protection field, as she is advising clients from the retail and FMCG sector on a regular basis on issues such as trade dress, labelling, promotions and sweepstakes as well as online sales. In addition, she has substantial credentials in the life sciences sector, where she is providing content and time-sensitive regulatory advice.
